The Cielo X Manhattan

Ingredients

2 oz Cielo X 10-Year Extra Añejo

1 oz Italian sweet vermouth

2 dashes of chocolate bitters

Orange peel (for garnish)

Directions 

1. Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express orange peel over the glass and garnish.
