The Night of X

Ingredients

2 oz Cielo X Tequila

0.75 oz fresh yuzu juice

0.5 oz agave syrup

0.5 oz blackcurrant liqueur

2 dashes of chocolate bitters

Garnish: charred rosemary sprig

Directions 

  1. In a shaker, combine Cielo X, yuzu juice, agave syrup, blackcurrant liqueur, and chocolate bitters.

  2. Add ice, shake until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass with a large clear ice cube.

  4. Lightly char the rosemary sprig with a torch or over flame, then garnish on top for a fragrant smoky note.
